ED1-9680S decodes up to three tracks of magnetic data as well as reads/writes to smart cards. This industry standard footprint insertion type of reader is used throughout the world in self-service, payphone, and banking applications for more than a decade. This hybrid insertion type of reader has the lower power consumption compared to the solenoid locking system and it provides reliability and durability in any self-service application.
